Testimonials
“I’ve tried a number of exercise programs and have never managed to complete them. When I saw the Smart Start Program and the different forms of exercise I was intrigued and I must say that I was not disappointed. I wasn’t only taught how to work out but how to eat and prepare healthy meals which was always my greatest challenge. We also had to post each meal/infused water or shake in a Whatsapp group which forced us to stay in line with our eating.
The diversity of the program kept me excited to come out because it wasn’t the same thing over and over. One big plus for me was, I didn’t have to deal with the extremely sore muscles which is the usual case for me after the gym. The the healthy treats after each session were like icing on the cake. I have learnt a lot and will be continuing my workouts with the individual instructors I met during the program.”

“I had been seeing Marita for a few weeks before the island went into lockdown. Having established a momentum for recovery, the last thing I wanted to hear was that I wouldn’t be able to attend physiotherapy sessions. The online physiotherapy sessions with Marita have been invaluable. I continue to feel supported and have seen a great deal of progress over the last few weeks.”
